It has been a while since I uploaded my last recipe blogpost, but this mousse definitely deserves this special treat. Or maybe it’s you who deserves this special treat?! This healthy variation of a mousse au chocolat recipe is in every case a keeper.
We tasted this delicious dessert one night at my Bali Retreat and we hardly believed how easy it is to make.
Ingredients you'll need:
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 ripe Banana
- (the idea to make the mousse was super spontaneous and not planned - that’s why AvoNana looks very ripe, I guess you could do with a few shades of less brownish too haha)
- 2 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp. Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Honey as sweetener
- Put all together in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
Et voila, that’s it- how quick was that?!?
You can eat it straight away, decorate with some berries and coconut flakes or you put it in the fridge until you’re ready to indulge.
Mine is gone already, ooopsi!
